Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Founded in 2021, Stephen has led Dorset Estates to becoming one of the leaders in developing Tampa's Ybor and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from Tampas' top university, Stephen's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to realize his dreams of developing homes in a city he calls home.  Overseeing the marketing campaigns that brought on new investors and with no slowing down in sight, Stephen plans on taking Dorset Estates to new heights unimaginable.

President

With a background in health care as well as real estate sales, Rene quickly adapted to big city business.  She continues to impress many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Rene also spearheads most of our companies sales events and non-profit out reach.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Victor Cruz is a dedicated internist and primary care doctor in the Tampa Bay Area. He brings his expertise to his role at The Dorset Group. Graduating from Ponce School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Victor has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Overseeing the construction budgeting and project timelines Victor has made a new name for himself in the construction world of Tampa. Recently becoming a licensed realtor Victor has proven to become the face of The Dorset Group and a positive asset to the community.

Starting with a small set of lots, we have grown to residential and commercial mixed mid rises  in our cities downtown and surrounding areas. We provide everything from design and permitting to contractor services.
